Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the UK and EU. More regions coming soon.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 7–21 business days. Please note that some items ship from international warehouses, which may affect delivery times.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
UK customers may be subject to customs fees depending on the order value. These are set by HMRC and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking the current thresholds before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us to initiate a return.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
